Unlike most safety campaigns, which usually runs very quickly and hence, doesn't leave much impression, this one uses slow motion, which allows us, as audiences, to see the emotions involved in the scene.
The final bit of this video clip seem to portray the natural instincts family members have with each other - that they would always try to protect each other from harm no matter what happens.
